Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Reinvestment Partners received approval from Durham's Historic Preservation Commission for redevelopment designed to preserve the integrity of the architecture.
We finished renovations in late 2019 and plan to lease the property commercially to a local nonprofit organization.
Financing for the project comes from the City of Durham's Office of Economic & Workforce Development and PacWest Bancorp.
